About Me

I am a digital archivist and public historian with an interest digital preservation and access to born-digital records. I graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Master of Arts in Public History and a focus in Archival Management in 2016. I am currently the Digital Archivist at the University of Texas at Arlington. I previously hold the position of Electronic Processing Archivist at the South Carolina Department of Archives and History and Archives Assistant at the Rutherford County Archives. In addition to working in archives I also teach U.S. History at MTSU as an adjunct. When I am not teaching or preserving digital records, I can usually be found spending time with my four pets or rewatching Avatar the Last Airbender
